unpack break

From the 4th:

  • I was Google Mapsing a rail station that ran east-west and contained a bunch of different transportation modes; this transitioned to actually being there, with my parents, I think, and I think I was also rolling a suitcase along as we headed up a quiet residential street to the north of the station; it was a sunny late morning.
  • After arrival home from some trip, there was lots of luggagey stuff scattered around on the floor of the upstairs hall and master bedroom in a state of unpacking. I sat down on a chair in the middle of the room, facing northish, opened up my laptop (like the iMac in appearance and nearly in screen size), and listened to the Sex Pistols’ album, including a laid-back, sort of bluesy number. It was a sunny late afternoon.
