Porter

I was riding inbound on the Red Line with some friends, Dan among them, and I think we rode one stretch, got off at a station, and then continued on a subsequent train. The station was Porter, I think, although it really wasn’t like real Porter because there was daylight coming from the north all the way down at the quay (real Porter is extremely subterranean and has the longest escalator in the world), and Dan noticed a gap in the floor right at the wall, where the tracks were, and he went over to investigate, but didn’t really see anything through the gap, and had to get out of the way before the train arrived. We got on the train and it was a much cozier setup than the real Red Line cars, with facing pairs of seats and overhead storage maybe, so it was very Eurostile.
